A £20,000 reward has been made available to anyone who can lead police to the whereabouts of a missing woman detectives fear has been killed.
Norma Girolami, who is from Highgate in north London and has links to Barnet, has not been seen since August 2021.
She made a visit to Leigh-on-Sea in Essex on August 19 by train from Barking in east London, before returning to the capital later that day. There has been no communication from Ms Girolami since.
An investigation into her disappearance is ongoing and as part of the latest appeal, police have released an image of the 70-year-old’s car that officers believe may be linked to her disappearance.

Specifically, the public are being asked to recall whether they saw a grey Kia Niro with the registration FM18 WKX in the Highgate and Finchley areas between August 19 and October 1.
Police say the car could have a vehicle warning sign in one of the doors which may have made it stand out more than others.

The Metropolitan Police have added that Ms Girolami regularly travelled to Brent Cross Shopping Centre via public transport and that she was also a member of Archway Leisure Centre.
Detective Chief Inspector Jo Sidaway said: “Norma’s normal activities and communication stopped on the evening of August 19 and the fact that she has been missing for so long, and that all proof of life has been negative, means we are treating this as a murder investigation.
“We are urging anyone who knew Norma or regularly saw her to come forward and speak to us, whether it be a neighbour or someone who works at a shop that she visited frequently.
“Any information about her daily routine could prove vital to our investigation.”
