Israeli and Hezbollah strikes near Lebanon border have stopped amid Israel-Hamas truce

Since the truce in the Israel-Hamas war began on November 24, the “situation has been … super calm on the Lebanese side” of the Israel-Lebanon border, reports FRANCE 24 correspondent Rawad Taha. The militant group Hezbollah “apparently has stopped its military operations against Israeli military sites in northern Israel … which in turn led to Israel to halt its retaliation on Hezbollah bases, the shellling of the outskirts of border villages and other air strikes.”
