Taking to the kitchen table, the London-born contestant shared with the housemates that she was transgender.
Sharing: “Hey guys, I just have something to say. Yesterday I feel like I wasn’t being 100% authentic in myself.”
Hallie adds: “I thought I’d let everyone know I’m trans, if you didn’t know already. I just thought I’d make that loud and clear. I’m a trans woman if you didn’t know.”
Fellow Big Brother housemates were quick to support Hallie as they hugged her.
As the housemates show their support to Hallie, Dylan says: “This is a moment. I like it.”
Hallie also shared she was nervous, saying: “I don’t know why I was nervous.”
As Farida replied: “You don’t need to be nervous.”

Viewers of Big Brother were quick to show their support as one watcher shared: “Bawling my lil beady eyes out at them all checking pronouns and all clarifying respect for keeping things halal.”
Whilst another said: “Ah this is cute so far. I know it’s the calm before the storm but it’s heartwarming right now and I’m loving it.”
Another Big Brother added: “Hallie we adore you, what a queen and the openness of pronouns, like it took so little time and everyone respected each other, and now they move on and everyone’s comfortable. We love to see it.”
