Nine stabbed in horror weekend across London

This only includes incidents that Newsquest London is aware of and has reported on.

The weekend of August 18 saw a string of incidents in Orpington, Erith, Dulwich, Islington and Feltham.

Information about each incident is from the Metropolitan Police.

Three males taken to hospital after triple stabbing in Orpington

Three males have been taken to hospital after a triple stabbing in Orpington.

Police were called to reports of a stabbing in Sevenoaks Way at around 3.40pm on August 18.

A male, aged in his teens, was found with a laceration to his leg, and a second male was found in a car having been stabbed.

Around 15 minutes later police found a third male stabbed in St Mary Cray Road.

All three were taken to hospital for treatment and were also arrested on suspicion of GBH.

Police are treating the incidents as linked and are working to establish what happened.

It has now been revealed that one of the males required surgery for his injuries and was transferred to another hospital for specialist treatment.

The conditions of the other two males were assessed as not life-threatening.

Man taken to hospital after stabbing in Erith

A man has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Erith.

Police were called to the area of Bridge Road and Forest Road at around 3pm on August 20 following reports of a fight.

One man was taken to hospital by London ambulance service with a stab injury to his leg.

His condition has been assessed as not life threatening.

Another man was arrested in connection with the incident and taken into police custody.

Man, 25, taken to hospital after stabbing in Dulwich

A 25-year-old man has been taken to hospital after a stabbing during a fight in Dulwich.

The incident happened in Croxted Road Estate just after 10.45pm on August 19.

Officers and London Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene and found a man injured.
