Alexandra Palace’s two day Fireworks Festival is one of the biggest Guy Fawkes celebrations in the UK.

Running across two nights, on Friday, November 3 and Saturday, November 4, the family-friendly spectacle sees an impressive fireworks display light up the night sky to a specially curated playlist, and with a panoramic view across London as a backdrop.

But the Fireworks Festival is more than just the display, as the name suggests.

Live music, DJs  – including Fat Tony (Friday) and UK garage pioneer DJ Spoony (Saturday) and entertainment for young and old are spread across Ally Pally’s sprawling 196 acre grounds, bringing the festival vibes.

As per tradition, a huge bonfire will be set ablaze, and there’s a funfair and family things to do including lighting magic from Lords of Lightning.

The Café De Pally stage will host cabaret and music, including a drag takeover on Friday night from east London queer performance venue The Glory, and live bands on Saturday.

For food and drink, StrEATlife Festival Village will contain more than 35 street food vendors, craft beer bars and cocktail stalls to keep you energised through the night.

Inside the palace, the ice rink will host an ice disco and as per usual, The Great Hall will transform into the UK’s largest German Bier Festival that will serve beers by the stein load and host music acts of the likes of Elton John tribute act (Friday) and Rogue Minogue (Saturday).

This year the sell-out event will run at a reduced capacity so punters have a better experience exploring the sites.

Tickets are on sale now and start from £13 for adults, £8 for children aged 11-15, and £3 for under 10s. Family tickets are also available.
